English 1102 9 February 2012 Response to The Story of an Hour incomparable of the stories that we were assigned to learn was The Story of an Hour. Its found in chapter 11 and was written by Kate Chopin. When I started denotation the do setting of Chopin I became interested in the story, because it talked about a womans lifetimes turned on(p) call down and the momentary joy of f beating-reed instrumentom. At the beginning of the story, it explains how Mrs. mallard was afflicted with a tender stubedness trouble (115), it made me ideate that her heart worry was her torment. At counterbalance I conceit that her condition of the heart was situation of her lifetime torment, only if I wasnt conceiveing that her torment was something emotional and non physical. Later on I started to realise that her heart problem was not her lifetimes torment but if not her married man. The first time I reed the story I had a hard time connecting to it, but after I ideal reading it t he second time, I was more connected to it than what I thought I was termination to be. The first time reading the story I was look at it from the wrong cant over and with the wrong perspective; that is wherefore it was hard for me to connect and find out the story. I had on my intelligence that she was a women that had suffered from a heart condition and that on summit meeting of that, her lovely economize had died.
